Semi-Independent 16-24 Service
Salary £26,000 - £28,000 + bonus
Full-time, Permanent
Rumman Care are a new and dynamic Social Care organisation who are committed to the success of the young people we support. Whilst we are a new company, our two active Directors are an experienced Social Worker and a Manager who have over 30 years combined experience of working with Children and Young People and who are passionate about securing the best outcomes for them. We are also supported by a hugely experienced Operations Director.
We are looking for a likeminded manager for our first semi-independent home to help shape the service, recruit a dedicated and passionate staff team, run the service, and deliver outstanding outcomes for our young people.
You will be an integral part of the management team and will be supported in your role by the Directors to deliver an outstanding service for our young people. We aim to provide a first-class training programme for all staff to support them in working with young people who may display challenging behaviour at times, and as an experienced manager your input into this will be invaluable.
We are looking for an experienced manager who is keen to work in a therapeutic way and enthuse their passion and dedication for working with vulnerable young people into the staff team they are responsible for.
If you are a talented and ambitious manager dedicated to achieving best outcomes for young people, and you think you have what it takes to develop Rumman Care into a first-class service for young people, please do get in touch.
We are happy to have an informal discussion to explore if we are likely to be a ‘good fit’ for each other prior to any formal application.
